PLS acquires 100% of Norfrig specialising in FRC deepfreeze truck bodies

PLS & Sala Kaross AB, Rydaholm, Sweden has acquired Norfrig Sverige AB, including its subsidiary Norfrig, with total revenues of SEK 145 million. Norfrig was until the acquisition by PLS family owned. The company develops, markets, sells, and produces truck bodies for temperature-­controlled transport of goods. Norfrig also runs service shops in Tomellila and Malmö in the South   of Sweden, and Örbero, 2 hours drive west of Stockholm.

PLS & Sala Kaross AB is part of a Nordic group of leading truck body builders, Nordic Truck Bodies, NTB, which in turn form a business area within the Inducore Group. NTB, as well as Inducore, strengthens its position as one of the leading Swedish truck body builders through the acquisition of Norfrig.
